Dyslexia assessments / tests, support for students with SEN (special educational needs) and at our specialist alterternative provision and forest school we offer bespoke small group and 1:1 support from specialists, along with speech & language therapists, occupational therapists and more.

Our services can be accessed directly by parents and adults self funding, but also via school placement and local authority placement.

We offer support to students that have special educational needs, from dyslexia to autisum and other areas. Access to our specialist teachers and additional support from speech and language therapy and occupational therapy.

We are located in the Ouseburn in Newcastle and also at Blaydon, along with our forest school.

Access can be paid for by parents/guardians, schools and local authorities.

Please initially contact us by email ( hello@toucaneducation.com ) or by phone ( 0191 6031005 ) to discuss your needs and to complete a referal form.

Costs to access our services can vary based on the needs of the student, but half days start at £55.

This will be based on our ability to meet the needs of the student.

We will assess the needs of the service user as to how best to communicate.

What training are the staff supporting children and young people with SEND had or are having?

We have a specialst team of prefessionals, many who are vastly experienced in working with students with SEND.
