MHM - Mental Health Matters

We are a national organisation supporting people with mental health needs.

Our staff work with organisations to deliver a range of services to meet a persons individual needs, to help them develop, recover and move on to independent living where possible.

Support offered can be anything from psychological and wellbeing therapeutic recovery through to everyday employment, housing and independent living.

Our service also challenges negative attitudes that are associated with mental health, learning disability and addiction.

We offer a range of services across County Durham such as:

  • employment services
  • Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT)

Please contact us or visit our website for more information.
