Centrepoint
We are a charity for homeless young people. We help 16-25 year olds into a safe place to live. We give them a health assessment and plan support for their individual mental and physical health needs.
Our services include:
- Housing - we gives homeless young people a place to stay while they get the help they need to move on to independence.
- Health - we give support to homeless young people to look after their mental and physical health.
- Learning and skills - we give homeless young people the opportunity to complete their education, gain skills and prepare for a career.
- Moving on - we prepare young people for moving on while they’re with us and continue to support them for six months after they've left.
We run over 60 accommodation servies in Sunderland, Bradford, Barnsley, Manchester and London.
