Durham Learning Disabilities Parents Service
Home Group’s Durham Learning Disabilities Service offer between one to seven hours support per week to parents with a learning disability or difficulty in the East Durham, Durham City, and Derwentside areas.
We provide support developing parental and living skills, setting up and maintaining a tenancy, accessing other appropriate services including health care, managing finances and benefits and support to liaise with other professionals.

We deliver an easy read nurturing programme tailored to the customer's individual needs with a high staff input. We also deliver nurturing on a one-to-one programme basis in customer's homes.
