Multiple Sclerosis UK (MS-UK)

MS-UK is a national charity to support anyone affected by multiple sclerosis (MS), to empower them to live healthier and happier lives by improving the understanding of MS and providing support where it is needed the most. This includes families, carers, health professionals, friends and colleagues.

Everyone here at MS-UK understands the challenges that are felt by people living with MS, whether they are emotional or practical ones. Our aim is to help you deal with those challenges in the best way for you. We won’t tell you what’s right or wrong – we’ll simply give you the information and allow you to decide. There are no subjects that are “off limits” and our helpline and information officers will support you in any decision or course of action that helps you manage your MS. Above all, we’ll lend a supportive, listening ear and give you the time you need. Our services are available to those aged 18 years and over.

The MS-UK Helpline service is available via Freephone 0800 783 0518, email info@ms-uk.org and Live Web Chat.

The MS-UK Counselling service provides online counselling via telephone or video call. This is for anyone with a diagnosis of MS and you can register online via our website and provide a donation.

MS-UK Online provides online exercise classes at different ability levels, chair yoga, Pilates, Mindfulness courses, poetry courses, information sessions and masterclasses. Go to www.ms-uk.org/online to find out more.
