Focus Day Training
We are a service providing mindfulness-based support for young people and their carers. We provide workshops and courses to teach people how to deal with stressful and difficult situations using the techniques from mindfulness based practices and discussions using evidence from neuroscience.
Many young people experience busy minds as they grow up and as a consequence this can create stress and anxiety. At present many schools do not teach the skills to be able to navigate through this difficult time in their lives.
All courses and workshops can be delivered on-site, at school or in an agreed venue. Courses can hold up to 20 people and smaller groups as well as one-to-one sessions. We deliver throughout the year, including school holiday times.
Courses are also suitable for carers as a way to deal with the stressors of supporting young people.
