Triple P - Parents of Teenagers

Triple P is a 10 session course that gives parents simple and practical strategies to help them build strong, healthy relationships, confidently manage their children’s behaviour and prevent problems developing. Developed by psychologists and delivered by trained, experienced DCC staff it provides the virtual tools to all parents to create better, respectful relationships to help their children through adolescence. 

All mums and dads, carers and parent-figures living in county Durham are welcome to attend free.
