Staying Cool is a positive, solution-focused, 8 hour intervention, addressing aggressive and over-emotional behaviour by increasing confidence, knowledge and awareness of the causes rather than triggers.

Staying Cool is a cognitive behaviour approach to empower individuals to recognise, understand and reflect on their negative behavior so they can make choices to adopt and createte strategies toward positive change.
