Triple P Course (Positive Parenting Programme)
Triple P Teen Group is a 10 session course that gives parents simple and practical strategies to help them build strong, healthy relationships with their teenagers; overcome some challenging behaviours; and raise parental confidence to manage their adolescent's behaviour to address and prevent more problems developing.
All fathers and mothers, carers and parent-figures, living in county Durham, are welcome to attend free.
