Arlecdon Primary School Nursery Class

Arlecdon Primary School Logo

We are a rural village primary school on the western edge of the Lake District. Classes are small and we offer a friendly, caring atmosphere, with full wrap-around care facilities. Children attending are aged 3-11 years. Presently there are 69 children within school. At Arlecdon School, all the staff and governors are committed to creating the right environment, culture and level of support to enable every pupil to reach their full potential.

We also have a lively school council and playground friends group.  Pupils play an essential role in the life of our school. We value all of our pupils and recognise their individuality. Our lessons are well-differentiated and we have very experienced teaching assistants which support individual and small group learning needs.
