Drop Zone Youth Projects

A town centre based youth project with satellite and detached provision in Dalton and Askam.  Providing diversionary activities, projects and drop-ins for young people aged 11 years upwards.  We have recently set up a LGBTQ group for young people which meets weekly due to a need identified within our universal youth provision.

Also provides an long running extended education provision offering tailored packages for young people who are disengaged from mainstream education.  Young people have the opportunity to gain accredited outcomes and develop essential life skills for transitions into adulthood and independence.  We can also test for dyscalculia and dyslexia indicators which can be a barrier to learning.
