Ieso Digital Health works in partnership with the NHS to provide online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This is a free service in Camden.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is provided on a one-to-one basis over the internet using written (typed) conversations. The patient meets with an accredited therapist in a secure online therapy room, at a scheduled time for either 30 or 60 minutes.
Ieso have no waiting list; once registered with them, patients will be contacted by a therapist within a few days to start therapy. They offer evening and weekend appointments at times to suit each individual, and appointments can be attended using a PC, tablet or smartphone from anywhere with an internet connection.
Ieso can help with many problems including low mood and depression (including post natal depression), fears and phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), worry and anxiety (including social anxiety and shyness) and panic attacks.
Patients can refer themselves to the service or can ask their GP for a referral. They must live in or be registered with a GP in Camden and be aged 18 or over.
