Provides information and advice on welfare benefits to vulnerable Camden residents particularly those accessing social care services, including vulnerable, sick or disabled and older people. Support for Camden staff and voluntary agencies working on welfare benefits issues with Camden adults and provides training, take-up and policy work relating to promoting choice, independence, economic wellbeing and reducing poverty. There are 3 advisors who focus on disability benefits for older people, access to banking project, and income maximisation for elderly, sick and disabled Bangladeshi people.
