University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Patient Advice and Liaison Service (UCH PALS)

PAL Service offers on the spot resolution of patients' concerns and gives advice, access details and information to patients, relatives and carers on services available throughout the Trust. This comprises the Eastman Dental Hospital, the Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital, the Heart Hospital, Hospital for Tropical Diseases, National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine (formerly the Royal London Homeopathic Hospital) and University College Hospital (incorporating the former Middlesex Hospital and Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Hospitals).
