Bridge Project (Peckwater Centre)

Culturally sensitive, practical, social and emotional support. Staffed by workers from the communities they serve. Aim is to help people stay in their own homes in the community while they recover and prevent or reduce their re-admission to hospital for the treatment of their mental ill-health.
