Promotes the wellbeing of all older people in Calderdale & Kirklees, recognising their right to independence, fulfilment, dignity and choice, working with them, and their carers, to help make later life a fulfilling and enjoyable experience. Provides support, advice, information and advocacy for older people and their carers. Social activities, day care services, after hospital care, welfare benefits service, befriending, shopping and cleaning service, handyman service, Shopmobility service and sales of mobility and living aids. Legal and financial advice given.
