As You Are is an organisation providing low-cost counselling and group work for depression, stress and anxiety for people living in Brighton, Hove and Portslade. Counselling is a space to explore and work through difficult feelings and difficulties in relationships in a confidential environment. Low cost relationship therapy and psychosexual therapy is offered.
