We all grieve in our own way. It usually helps to talk but not everyone has somebody they can talk to cope with loss.
That's why we run a number of face-to-face support sessions (either in your own home or a suitable convenient venue) as well as group sessions with others who can support eachother through the grieving process.
We are also supported by volunteers from all walks of life and we are always interested in hearing from anyone who could give their time.
