What happens to the kids when families go into crisis?

Bracknell Forest Fostering is the Ofsted Outstanding not for profit fostering service for Bracknell Forest Council.  Whilst families are supported through their crisis, our foster carers give a temporary safe and caring family home to a child (or children) who cannot live with their parents.

Unfortunately, more families are experiencing challenges and there is a national shortage of foster carers. If you are reading this, then you are likely to be someone who wants to help.

We'd like to hear from you if you are over 21, have a spare room and have time to build a relationship with a child to support them through their crisis. Unsure?

  • We run regular information sessions to find out more.
  • Our call back service allows you to have an informal, no commitment chat with one of team with fostering experience.
  • Full training and (tax-free) allowances are available to cover the costs of care.
