Does this information need updating?The Thames Hospice provide bereavement services to relative’s of those in their care. They firstly offer individual counselling. This provides an opportunity to express thoughts and feelings in a safe and confidential setting.
Thames Hospice also lead two groups aimed to help people share experiences of loss in a relaxed setting. Please find details below.
First Steps
First Steps is small support group for those who are recently bereaved. This is held once a week for six sessions.
Stepping Stones
Stepping Stones is an informal support group for adults who have been
bereaved within the last 12 months. The group is held once a month for up to two years.
