Information, Advice & Support Service (formerly Parent Partnership)

The Information, Advice & Support Service provides free confidential and impartial advice, information and support to parents/carers, children and young people, who have, or may have, Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) in Bracknell Forest (you will need to live in and pay your council tax to Bracknell Forest Council).

Types of support we can offer include: confidential helpline (telephone and email); general information on special educational needs; help for parents and carers to express their views; support through the Education, Health and care plan process (such as help with the initial application process, checking the content of plans, appeals and mediation); help to complete forms; help to understand complex documents and reports; face to face help, support and advice; support at meetings; presentations to support groups; signposting to other relevant groups/organisations.
