The Hub is funded by the council and offers information and advice about care and support services for anyone in the borough who is over 18 and thinks they need some help to live independently. It is also for people who are caring for someone. It can be used by people outside the borough who want to find information for a relative or friend living locally. The website is designed to help people find information about care and support, and search for local groups, activities and services.
